Why Are Your Employees Quitting and How Can You Retain Them Employee turnover is a major global epidemic that is plaguing companies. The workspace is not what it used to be and has changed for good. In the olden days, there were fewer options compared to the ocean of opportunities today. Employees often flit from one job to another as soon as they get a better opportunity.
